How To Enjoy
When the skin starts to wrinkle, that’s when the fruit is at its sweetest. If you like it a bit more tart, enjoy it when the skin is still smooth. Let them ripen on the counter out of direct sun, and once they’re just how you like them, you can pop them in the fridge to hold.

We’re De Luz Family Farms—a small, family-and-friends farm in the coastal hills of De Luz, just north of San Diego. We care for about 40 acres of subtropical fruit trees and grow everything as naturally and sustainably as we can, without pesticides.
